Gurley, Kelce for Sutton+

Postby eNdblu » Wed Mar 04, 2020 7:58 am

24tm PPR that acts as two individual leagues w/ a final between the champ in each side

My team - LJax, Gurley, Freeman, Hunt, Henderson, Juju, Tyreek, Fitzgerald, Perriman, Kelce, Higbee. I own the 1.02 & 2.02 via trades.

I lost in the semi's two years ago, just missed the playoffs this past year

I'm in the midst of deciding to kick off a mini rebuild or not. I have offers to move Gurley & Kelce for Sutton+

The offers are
Gurley, Kelce, Fitz for Sutton, 1.10, 2.10, Doyle
or
Gurley, Kelce, 2.02, Fitz for Sutton, 1.06, 2.10, Pollard, Doyle

Thoughts?

I like the value in place for Gurley, but feel you are giving up too much with including Kelce in the deal. I'm guessing Kelce is the main driver here, but anyway to get the 1.10 for Gurley? I just feel there is not enough coming back for Kelce.

Kelce is what got this all started, ya.
I could see if he's interested in just Gurley, but I think his primary interest is Kelce.

I had sent him an offer of Kelce, Gurley for Sutton, 1.06 but it got declined and this is where we're currently at.

I figured it was mostly Kelce driven. I could be in the minority here, I just don't feel that is great value for a package including Kelce.

idk how you missed the playoffs but i would take a rb at 2 and a wr at 2.02 and try to compete again.
team 1
12 team, 1 pt for 4 rec, 0.1 per rush
1qb, 3 rb, 4 wr, te, k, 4 idp
Dak , Herbert
Achane, Breece Hall, KW3Kyren,Ford, Miller, Spiller, z evans, singletary
J Jefferson, Diggs, DK, D Smith Puka, C Watson, E Moore
Njoku , HH, Engram

2024 picks
1,3,4,5,5,6,7 (all late mostly)

team 2
12 team .5ppr
qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, te, flx,flx,
Fields, Dak
Ford,Mixon, Javonte, Mostert, Chubb, Spears
Hopkins, Evans, g Wilson Mingo, shaheed, Jamo
Kelce,McBride, Chig,

1,2,3,3,5

team 3
14 team sf, even scoring idp to offense (rb scores highly too)
Josh Allen, A Rich, Foles, Rudolph
Bijan, Charbs, Spears, Ebner
J Williams, G Wilson, C Watson, Flowers, J Addison, Tillman
Kincaid, Kolar, Ruckert, Fergeson

Kenny Clark, josh allen, jaelen phillips, felix a-u and a bunch of fluff and rookie fliers at idp

I definitely wouldn't do Offer 1. Offer 2 including Pollard is okay, but I'd drop the 2nds and counter with Kelce + Gurley for Sutton + 1.06 + Pollard.

then tell him to pay up for the best TE in the league tied to the best QB in the league, in the best offense in the league.

The Kelce/Gurley for Sutton/1.06 offer that you made would be about as low as I would be willing to go. Given the counters, I would hold Kelce and shop Gurley a bit harder individually.

If you’re in the fence whether to tear it down or not, Kelce is the key, imo

If you’re not getting full value for him (I don’t believe you are here), then keep him and compete. If you can offload him for good value, I’d use that to make my decision.
