Yeah, Dillon is someone who could be a steal towards the end of the 1st of rookie drafts, or in the 2nd round. If you're a two down back, you at least need to be someone who has a crazy athletic profile and can run defenses into the ground. Dillon has a chance at that.FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 10:03 amYep. I saw the same thing. Eerily similar. He's a 2 down bruiser, with great athleticism for his size, but on the right team, if they want to feature that style, he could be a workhorse. Certainly a guy that should get goal line work.Cameron Giles wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 10:00 am Just going to throw this out there:

College production isn't that important past a certain point.Cameron Giles wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 9:53 amSwift is very good, but I just don't see how he was the 1.01 at any point. Strictly from a production standpoint, he's noticeably worse than Taylor and Dobbins.Kmani6 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 9:05 am Understandable to put JT as 1, and as I said I viewed them as very similar talents and really just think Swift will translate better (100% opinionated).
But that being said if Swift was mizelles 1.1 prior to the combine, then based on these responses of combine not changing much (especially when they both tested well), Swift should be the 1.1 after, but it looks like many have switched...
I’m not knocking Taylor because of this, but simply replying to the original comment that said if there was any flaw in JT’s game. Only in my head to head comp of Swift vs JT do I take this into consideration.

But in Taylor's case, he has elite production AND elite athleticism.

So, say JT (or whoever your top guy is) goes to Seattle. What do you do then?FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 9:41 amI did that when I moved Penny ahead of Chubb on my board due to perceived landing spot and draft capital. No Thanks.

Seattle has more holes than just RB and it is believed that Carson will be ready for training camp with his hip injury. I doubt JT goes there, I think he ends up in Atlanta Or Tennessee if they decide to move on from Henry. Obviously the Chiefs would be the best case scenario as we all know.

Houston would be nice. I could see Atlanta, too, but I think Swift might be more their thing.Packerland wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 11:32 am Seattle has more holes than just RB and it is believed that Carson will be ready for training camp with his hip injury. That would be awesome, but they are a smart franchise and probably realize they don't need a first round RB with the system and QB they have, and would be better off sinking that pick into Defense, or OL, or a legit alpha WR.

I can see them taking a guy like Jefferson from LSU to compliment Hollywood. They could also use edge help.FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 12:43 pmThat would be awesome, but they are a smart franchise and probably realize they don't need a first round RB with the system and QB they have, and would be better off sinking that pick into Defense, or OL, or a legit alpha WR.

Can we see 5 games of Hakeem playing with Kyler please.FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 9:38 am The same Matt Waldman that has Swift outside his top 5 RB's? You say you respect his opinion and what he says about Taylor, yet you have Swift at 1 and Waldman has him much lower. Not saying Waldman is wrong either, but his Hakeem Butler take will be tough to live down.
Re: Jonathan Taylor is your 1.01 now.
I'd love him, but they probably go defense 1st. I think Judon plays on the tag/re-signs, so that may eliminate pass rushing. Most of the secondary is signed or to be signed. They might go MLB, OL even if Yanda doesn't retire, or WR. Then I could see RB.FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 12:43 pmThat would be awesome, but they are a smart franchise and probably realize they don't need a first round RB with the system and QB they have, and would be better off sinking that pick into Defense, or OL, or a legit alpha WR.
As a fan, I think WR is the right choice (not sure which really yet, still preferred DK last year over Hollywood). It would be hard not to get excited about them drafting JT or Swift maybe even Dobbins in the 1st since it's late. I think I'd rather get Akers (2nd? Round) or someone else later.
