2 sleeper 2020 WR’s we’re not talking enough about
Brandon Aiyuk - Fantastic route runner almost Mclaurin like in this way. He’s 6 feet tall, but has the wingspan of someone who is 6 9. Extremely fast like Mclaurin as well. He looks like true WR 1 potential to me.
Bryan Edwards. Breakout and Dominator Ratings through the roof. Breakout age in the 17s, which is unheard of and is 99th percentile. Dominator around 48.4%, which is 94 percentile. 6 ft 3.

I mentioned Edwards in the rookie thread earlier today I like what I've seen, Aiyuk is interesting to me but both will be out of my range as I have no 2nd rnd picks and a bunch of 1sts.
Any other yr I'd be studying them a lot closer.

Swap Tyler Johnson for Aiyuk for me personally, but agree on Edwards.

Brandon Aiyuk? You mean the guy that put up a whopping 33 474 3 line in his JR year across from NKeal Harry who most everyone has been poopooing for the last year? He's a one year wonder. Have fun with that. I hope a lot of people buy into the tweet that scouts have him rated higher than Harry who he couldn't even come close to beating out. That said I do agree with Edwards and I think he dropped on a lot of draft boards because he went back for his senior year. I'm hoping he'll drop to the second round in rookie drafts.Kmani6 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 05, 2020 10:56 pm Brandon Aiyuk - Fantastic route runner almost Mclaurin like in this way. I didn’t hear about that tweet, so I don’t know what you’re talking about, but to be fair Aiyuk transferred in from County and that was his first year there.djeternal2 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2020 7:07 amBrandon Aiyuk? I heard rumours the medical at the senior bowl was bogus, too. It was a "minor injury", and a lot of agents pull their players. To me, it doesn't bode well that he wasn't willing to compete, and prove himself vs the top competition.
Edwards just doesn't look like anything special. He could be a decent number 2 or 3, but he's not a 1.

I liked Tyler when I first started scouting during the season, and there's a good chance he could succeed in the NFL.Orenthal Shames wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2020 5:58 am Swap Tyler Johnson for Aiyuk for me personally, but agree on Edwards.
But I did just read this today, and it's definitely got me scared for the young fella. I don't think he's going to test very well at the combine on the speed scores.

Johnson gives me that Eric Decker vibe. No real fire to be a WR1, but will be serviceable when needed. He's still a talented mid Round 2 buy if the landing is right.

Re: 2 sleeper 2020 WR’s we’re not talking enough about
When I watch Bryan Edwards on tape, to me he looks like the unrivaled best prospect. He’s very physical, has above average to good hands, good body control, not blazing speed, but good for his size, above average route runner. Of course he has the high Breakout age/DR as well. Most well rounded prospect in the draftKmani6 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 05, 2020 10:56 pm Brandon Aiyuk - Fantastic route runner almost Mclaurin like in this way. And he played 2nd fiddle to DT. I owned him and he was never my #1. He had Manning's magical years to pad the stats, but he was never a Julio, OJB, etc. That's all I'm saying.djeternal2 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2020 3:35 pmHuh? I'd love for him to be Decker. If you're in on Tyler Johnson, you're hoping he's a slot beast in the vein of Tyler Lockett (that would be an absolute best-case ceiling) - but I don't think he's going to test as fast as 4.4... if you check the article I linked, there's ample footage of him getting run down on deep routes, and getting caught on a Jet sweep from behind. In college. In the Big 10.
None of these things are going to become LESS troubling with him entering the NFL.

Yasssss. I like all these guys. The 2nd round of rookie drafts should be awesome. I'm really high on Justin Jefferson & Denzel Mims too.

PFF just had Denzel Mims in their most recent mock draft after he apparently really impressed at the Senior Bowl. Haven’t heard much about him or know much, but will definitely be keeping an eye on him throughout the draft process now.
