Superflex - moving up from 1.02 to 1.01

Postby Generic Username » Wed Feb 05, 2020 6:15 am

What would be a fair addition to the 1.02? Early 2nd, late 1st?

It will take a solid add to move up as moving the 1.01 would forfeit Burrow.

Yeah, if you want Burrow, it's going to cost you. It may not seem like much, moving up just one spot, but when it's a SF league and that one spot is the difference between getting Burrow and not getting Burrow, it becomes much more expensive. No way an early 2nd is enough. A late first probably isn't enough either.

I'd ask the owner of the 1.01 what he would need or want to move down a spot. If he doesn't give you a substantial answer, I'd try adding another first as an initial offer and see what his counter is.

If I had to guess moving up that spot would take a top 8 first

Bingo!

Right now it’s gonna take an arm and a leg because Burrow is the consensus 1.01. There’s probably a better chance of the 1.01 -> -1.02 getting smaller than getting larger. I would wait. You likely won’t have to pay more after the combine/draft than now.

I'd wait until combine time also but guessing it will likely take mid 1st also. Burrow is the stud at QB this year no question. Depending on team and if I had the 1.02 and 1.06/7 range I don't think I'd trade to move up for him.
My PPR dynasties (QB/RB/WR/TE/FL):

Under construction...just noticed teams I had shown were very different than where they are now (lots of trading last 12 months). LOL

Man. Just hold and roll with Tua... it's not worth it.
