If they want to pop him for the Substances of Abuse policy, there are explicit rules spelling out how that process is handled. I.E. "X" happens for your first offense, "Y" happens for your second offense, etc... Until you end up like Josh Gordon, where each offense gets you booted from the league until/unless the commish decides to reinstate you.

As far as I know Hunt isn't in the Substances of Abuse program, and as a first time offender he would be subject to a fine and required to follow a treatment plan. This phase of the program lasts for 90 days. If he complies, and doesn't fail a league mandated drug test during that time, he would be released from "The Program".

For that reason, a suspension from this particular incident seems unlikely. But if he were to get caught again, different story.

He could get suspended under the personal conduct policy for this.

Do the rules specify he can only get punished under one policy for each event? They can't both put him in the substance abuse program AND suspend him per the Personal Conduct policy for this one incident, correct? I presume they can't double up like that.

You shouldn't discount someones opinion because of who they own. There is a lot of overreaction to events just like last year with T. Hill and many before that. My opinion is this is not a good look for Hunt and may deter some teams that previously were interested, but I don't see much of a suspension (less than 4 games) if at all. Yes, I own him, I'll save you from looking in my sig.

I own zero shares, luckily traded them all before his incident and suspension, but I don't see anything coming from this most recent incident other than increased scrutiny and he probably cost himself some money and potential suitors. He's not facing any legal trouble outside of maybe a speeding ticket, this has no relevance to his previous incident outside of a flimsy link to alcohol because he had an "open container". As for the weed admission there will likely be nothing to come of it but at worst he'll be put into stage 1 of the Substance Abuse Program, but I doubt that even happens as the NFLPA will likely fight it because he doesn't actually have a failed test on his record and they are outside of the testing window for those not already in the program.

People said similar things last offseason about me owning T. Hill in all 3 leagues. I put players on my team that I thinks value will rise or can help me in fantasy.

I don't think it's been mentioned in this thread yet, but in the video you can hear him talk about how distraught he is not being in the Super Bowl right now with KC. He expresses his love but CLE, but the pain of not being in the Super Bowl must really be weighing him down.

Hopefully he seeks some counselling to be able to talk to someone and focus on his current path instead of the one that he was previously on.

He has the opportunity to get fabulously wealthy playing a game, yes I can see why he needs mind altering substances to get through the day. Hopefully someone starts a gofundme page for this poor individual. Oh, the pain.

Also, he likely has unlimited opportunities to get all the mental help he could possibly need. I'm sure he's been in 'counselling'. However, when the rubber hits the road we are all responsible for the decisions we make.
