This isn't about the weed. The open vodka is far more concerning. IIRC, Hunt's previous incident with kicking at the girl was reportedly as a result of his drunkness, as was a club fight. Alcohol seems to be the primary issue that is leading to others.

This is what I was concerned about as well, but after watching the video it seems like the open vodka was in his backpack in the back seat (around the 4:50 mark of the video).
I think by "open" means that the seal was cracked, not that the bottle was open in his car and he was swiggin away while driving.

That backpack w/ the previously opened bottle of booze should have been in his trunk instead of his back seat.

I still maintain that this guy will be lucky to be in the league in a few years. While some saw his suspension as a buy low opportunity, I just felt there was a pattern of behavior that was very concerning. I have been out on Hunt since that point, and have argued he is more likely to be out of the league than a top RB in the NFL again. It's unfortunate, but I just don't think Hunt will have an extended career at this point.

I would also expect an NFL suspension, now that there is a video. This is not a good look for the NFL at all, and with him already being in the system, I think he will miss time.

I actually would have been surprised if something like this didn't happen, with Hunt. It was the most obvious outcome.
