In one of my leagues you have to wear a small pink shirt that says I suck dick at fantasy football(at fantasy football is way smaller) and then Everyone else in the league throws rotten tomatoes at you. Your also the “beer bitch” which means every time someone needs a beer during the draft you have to grab it for them

These are friggin hilarious.
We do the "beer girl" thing in my longest-term league. We have them wear a T-Shirt with a different design every year, a couple years ago one of the guys made up a T-shirt with the graphics of the torso of a "Hooters" girl.
Last year, one guy's girlfriend starting smack talking a couple of us so we made a bet with her that, if he didn't win the 'ship, they had to hand wash and wax all our cars. He had a friggin blast with it, he even put on a bikini top and Daisy Dukes (needed eye bleach after that). Her...eh not so much but who cares, he isn't with her anymore.
We're mostly all friends though and we have league social events 3 to 4 times a year including an in person draft. We can (and do) get away with a lot of bleep.

I’m not a fan of punishing the last place team in a dynasty league. If you wanna do it in a redraft league, that’s fine. The best one I ever heard of was making the last place owner take the SAT. It would be brutal having to wake up super early on a Saturday morning and go to some local high school to take the SAT alongside a bunch of 17-year-olds.
