The guy is 215 pounds, he's hardly tiny. I'd still value Chubb at more than the 1.01, though. Rookie fever is always insane. I can't believe there is a single vote for anything less than the 1.01 for Chubb. How anyone thinks you'll get him for the 1.02 or 1.03 straight up is beyond me.

Chubb is likely worth the 1.01+ even this year. If I could get an offer of 1.01+ as the Chubb owner, I'd seriously be considering selling. If I was offered less I'd have a hard time selling.
