What MG's worth in 2020 picks? Obviously subject to change a bit based on landing spot, but I'd like to move on from him this offseason while he still retains value.
Is 1.05 a reasonable return to seek? A contender has that pick and needs RB help, so there's a chance I can swing it if it's close. This would let me draft one of Dobbins, Swift, Taylor, ETN (maybe two of them since I also have 1.06) as I am 99.999% certain Jeudy or Lamb is going 1.01.
If it's not close, what sides needs to add what?

I don't think you're getting a mid 1st for him. Could be wrong. But as you said, there's 4 really solid RBs and Jeudy/Lamb in the mix. If I owned that pick I would be waiting to see where these young guys land before trading for Gordon not knowing where he will be playing next year.

It's reasonable, but it's all about the guy you are trading with. The 2020 hype is bigger than any rookie draft I've ever been a part of. Toss out Melvin/2.05 and see how it goes. Gordon is a solid 1.10/1.11 value for me so you are offering 1.10/2.05 for 1.05 is how I see it.

Looking at your team, why not just keep him until you see where he lands? Hell, you might just decide to keep him vs trading him for a 1.10 type pick or adding to him for the 1.05.
