Telvin Smith, Will He Return?

Any thoughts on Telvin Smith? I'm thinking about picking him up off of waivers and holding him in case he decides to return again in 2020.

What’s been going on with him? I heard something about him getting arrested but never any details...

He was arrested in connection with a marijuana grow house is what I read, haven't checked up on it again since it happened a couple months ago.

Yeah was just looking at it this AM and apparently he hasn't been charged yet because he's become a police informant. This is some greasy stuff, wont be making an offer for him any time soon.

Well, seeing as how he has just been arrested again, this time for "unlawful sexual activity with certain minors", I think it is safe to drop him in all leagues.
