I'd still take Sanders. He's more of a duel threat. He had a solid game today with almost 100 total yards, and I think he has the higher ceiling, and his receiving skills, and explosiveness in the passing game should give him a solid floor.
Sanders has more production thus far even after Singletary's big game.

Sanders has been much more productive in the passing game, but Singletary has more rushing production, while also playing in 3 less games.

It would be nice to see them get Singletary a bit more involved in the passing game.

I think he had about 4 drops on 10 (receptions) targets in college his final year. It doesn't surprise me. He was used more the previous 2 years, but his final year in college he had problems with his hands.

No knock on Sanders' receiving skills, but I think Singletary has the opportunity to work in the passing game. The current state of the Bills offense (developing QB) and game flow (dominant defense) is, in my opinion, driving a very heavy run-first offense.

Singletary has played 8 games, and he actually has 4 or more targets in half of those games, and they break down as you might expect.

Close or "difficult on paper" games
Week 1 at Jets (17-16 win) - 6 targets
Week 8 vs. Phil (31-13 loss) - 6 targets
Week 10 at CLE (19-16 loss) - 6 targets

Easier wins or "easy on paper" games
Week 2 vs. Giants (28-14 win) - 0 targets
Week 7 vs. Miami (31-21 win) - 0 targets
Week 9 vs. Wash (24-9 win) - 4 targets
Week 11 at Miami (37-20 win) - 1 target
Week 12 vs. Den (20-3 win) - 2 targets

My takeaway is that the Bills are not averse to involving Singletary in the passing game. Not that he would surpass a Miles Sanders-type player in that area, but with maturation of both Allen and Singletary, I would expect him to gain a target share as a full-time starter.

Singletary ended up averaging 5.1 YPC this season. The hit against him is his 4 TDs are low (2 rushing, 2 receiving).

Maybe.

But I think the Bills are going to be drafting a RB relatively high.

I wouldn't be surprised at over 1k rushing, he had 775 this year and I think his usage will trend up. I think BUF would attend to a WR (or 2) before considering a RB, but I think Gore will be done and another RB will be needed. I see a committee coming.

I like a lot what I saw from him as he had a solid game rushing vs the Ravens week 14. He'll see an uptick in catches next season. Bills will draft a RB, but not high as WR, O line and D line are bigger needs. TDs are my concern though as Allen scores too much inside the 10 rushing.

Singletary was very solid this year, always seemed to gain a couple extra yards and was very tough to tackle. Buffalo has WR and edge rusher as the biggest draft needs. Rb will be grabbed in the mid rounds though. 70/30 split maybe?

I like him but I noticed that Allen often doesn't makes the easy dump off pass to Singletary when under pressure, he prefers instead to take off and run. So a lot of easy PPR points are missed.

Also as has been said Allen will vulture TDs near the goal line. So I'm finding the owner who likes him the most and selling him if I can for a high price.

I'm also open to selling, but the offers I've gotten so far are garbage (third round picks, etc).

For context, he started out in a heavy timeshare and he missed 4 games, but still put up 775 rushing yards and 194 receiving yards. It's a tough offense to get TDs in, but it's also an offense that looks like it is still growing. I could easily see him getting 1k yards in 2020.

I missed his missed block tonight, but haven't noticed it being a significant issue for him.

He looked great last night. While not that fast, he runs hard, is elusive, and is hard to tackle. It feels like he forces a missed tackle on almost every run.

Edit: also should probably mention he caught the ball well out of the backfield.
