It's hard to say because I haven't really dug into thw 2020 class but I know that it is very deep. Deebo looks legit though and should be considered in the same range asthe top rookie WR's which is probably around the 1.04-1.07 range.

I would take Samuel. Even with a loaded class, Samuel has shown he can play and has massive upside/big play ability. Rookies are always the next best player, but plenty don't pan out. I will take the guy who looks like he can play in the NFL out of the gate.

I like Deebo, but in a few months, I think the 1.07 will carry more value.

I would take 1.07. I do think it's close though. If he continues his recent production to close out year, I could see my opinion changing.
