Where to go with this Team?

I expected to challenge for the league title this year as I came in 3rd in 2018, though was matched up in the top division playing 3 other top teams twice each this year. My team unexpectedly was dealt with injuries/poor play and fell to a 1-12 record

QB: Aaron Rodgers, Carson Wentz
WR: Tyreek Hill, Keenan Allen, Chris Godwin, Deebo Samuel, N'Keal Harry, Diontae Johnson, John Ross, Miles Boykin
RB: Saquon Barkley, Jordan Howard, Damien Williams, DeAndre Washington, Darrell Henderson, Tony Pollard
TE: Hunter Henry, OJ Howard
2020 Picks: 1.05, 2.05, 3.05

I need some advice for the route to take in the offseason and some of the moves I should be looking to make. I feel like I'm close and could use some opinions to push me up the standings.

1-12...that is a shock. Running back is the area that needs the most attention and hopefully you can hit on a guy with the 1.05. Otherwise, I think you are in good shape. Solid WR and TE core with usable QB's. Outside of landing an RB or two, I would not go out of your way to do a ton with this roster.

I think you just got unlucky with injuries to key players throughout the season and a few guys underperforming. I don't really see much I'd do with this team and think you should bounce back next year. Most of your core players are young or in their prime, so no point in really moving any of them.

Maybe sell Godwin for an RB? Could be a solid sell high candidate, or package some of the non starting WRs for a RB/pick for an RB

Other than that nothing other than draft RB at 1.05...

I'd actually try to sell the 1.05 closer to your draft for a proven player/RB.

Should I look to move one of my younger WR for a middle of the pack RB? If so who should I go after?

Not entirely sure what to do with this team, my gut says sell OBJ and Henry. Thoughts? Suggestions?
