Could go either way. Chances are we will never know the truth. And there may just be enough doubt that a team signs him next year once the nfl makes its ruling.

Whatever happened with him and that woman we will probably never know the truth, but from what I read from the emails/texts from AB to her was not a good look at all. May not have been illegal, but he sure came away looking like a scumbag piece of trash with the way he treats women, and I’m pretty sure that the media attention that would have some with that was the main driver why the Pats wanted no part of him.

I’m sure some team will take a shot, but this likely required some time to blow over. I’d not want my team to touch him, but I’m sure some GM will (reference Hunt, Hill, etc).

The only reason the Pats released AB was because leading up to the girl accusations AB clearly looked mentally unstable from an outsider looking in and the Pats still decided to give him a shot. The girl came out and accused him which by itself was not enough for the Pats to release, however what the final straw was the fact that I'm sure they brought him in and had a LONG conversation with him about talking to the media about football and football only and to not contact the woman under any circumstances. I bet everyone came away from the meeting feeling good and everyone understood the expectations....a few days later AB texts the woman and it comes out. Of course the Pats are going to say this guy isn't trust worthy and not worth the hassle to keep in the spot light.
