Rebuild trade

Team is in rebuild 12 team PPR

I get: JuJu and 2020 1st (likely 6-10) he is fighting for a playoff spot currently

I give: Golladay/Lindsey/B Hill/2020 late 2nd (likely 10-12)

Seems pretty fair unless you think Brian Hill will have long-term value.

I'd like it without the late 2nd thrown in, if you're in rebuild you need picks to bundle up for better picks.
