Unless you play with really small roster sizes, he should have already been rostered. Once Ito Smith was put on IR, every dynasty league should have had at least one savvy owner to pick him up if he was available. He looked pretty good against the tough Saints defense Sunday. If he is still available in your league, I’d snatch him up in waivers, but I’m sure there will be some competition for him now. Grab if you can, worth a roster spot now.

I don’t see why you wouldn’t stash him if he’s available on the wire. He has above average measurables and the requisite size to be a 3-down back. I scooped him up on a whim on Saturday and am definitely curious to see how he fares with a full workload if Freeman misses time.

I was aggressive in drafting him in my rookie drafts. He was always going to be a stash, but I always thought if he got a chance he would produce. Still too early to tell of course

In deep enough leagues you could stash him but you'll probably cut him post-draft.

Any RB with a path to playing time is worth a stash in leagues with 25+ players. In a league where I only roster 20 I left him on the wire but I picked him up last week in a couple larger leagues.

My league has 33 players but is an IDP league. I drafted him and have held since. Have no plans on dropping him between now and next years rookie draft

With Freeman set to miss “ a few weeks”, what is his trade value in rookie picks?

Welp I missed out on him, had a busy week and so did the rest of my league apparently. Now he is on waivers, and will definitely be gone before me at 5th priority.

He's the kind of guy you're hoping you could flip for a 2nd rounder if he plays well enough. *Cough* Alex Collins.

I like Hill a lot but he's already been a journeyman and I think he's only been in the league for 2 years lol.

Falcons could save only $3M by cutting Freeman in the offseason. Either way, I would bet the house that Atlanta drafts an RB. They don't have any depth and Freeman's best years seem to be behind him. I don't think Hill is the guy.

Pretty much what he said - seems like the type of back with short-term only value and would be a candidate for the chopping block after the NFL Draft once you're needing to make room.

But in the meantime it never hurts to stash and see what happens - aka Damien Williams and so forth.
Please speak to clarion contrarion before considering the use of vetos..
