Ours is November 10th. The 11th is a holiday here in canada. Remembrance day. So yea week 10

A lot of dynasty leagues don't have traded deadlines. The rationale for them in redraft doesn't really hold up as much in dynasty...the bottom teams in redraft don't really have any reason to care anymore, but the bottom teams in dynasty do.

Yea redraft it is an absolute must.

But even in dynasty it seems a bit unfair to be dealing during playoffs.

However it would help teams rebuild super fast as guys have up the farm before the finals.

Both teams just unload all their picks and prospects for 1 game

Kind of like the idea tbh

I've been in leagues without trade deadlines since 2012 and I've never really seen a crazy mid-playoffs move. A trade for a fill-in for an injured player or something like that sure, but those leagues also have given 1.13 to the toilet bowl winner so the bottom 6 teams also had incentive to compete.

The idea of a crazy win-now playoff trade doesn't bother me though because everyone can do it. The one restriction I added in the one league I commish was that playoff teams can't trade with the team they're playing that week as that's just inherently suspect.
