Hunt ?

He showed he can be a stud 3 down back and still only 24 , What would you rather take a chance on him going to another team and being that 3 down back again maybe in Hou. , Or would you rather take a chance on a rookie RB ?

Where would you take Hunt if he was in the rookie draft next year ?

It's doubtful that hunt is not in Cleveland next year since he's a RFA.

Yeah thats what I was thinking , Might have to wait until 2021 for him to move on

I would take any of the top rookie RB's expected to come out this year over Hunt.

Curious why that makes it doubtful. I wouldn’t think they’d want to match any real offers on him if he gets any?

I definitely wouldn't take him in the 1st if he was available in my rookie draft next year.

Can easily see Cleveland using 1st or 2nd round tender on him and teams not doing it due to history.

Team can put a 1st round or 2nd round tender on him which means anyone trying to get hunt during RFA will also have to give a 1st or a 2nd round pick as compensation.

He’s a big risk to me, but with big upside. I’d probably pay a 2nd at most.

I'd rather take a chance on a rookie running back. The NFL hasn't been kind to domestic abusers.
I am not judging what he did. Just history shows that when these guys are nailed for that their careers kinda derail after that (mostly anyhow).
IF you an get him below market value (which you should seeing that Chubb is killing it) and you have the roster spot to use on him. Go for it.
