Value of Derrick Henry in picks

A guy in my league (Team 2) is completely blowing his team up.
The only asset he has that I am interested in is Derrick Henry, and he is pretty much only after picks.

His asking price is:
2020 1st (my pick, so late) & 2020 2nd (his pick, so will be very early)

Seems steep to me, but was hoping to get other opinions.

He has also offered a late 3rd round for Cole Beasley so I dont have to drop anyone, but I know that bit is a bad deal.

So a late 1st and an early 2nd? That's pretty cheap in my opinion. I'd also move Beasley for a 3rd.

I'm not a big Henry guy, so I'd rather have the picks, but if you like Henry, that's not an awful price to pay for him.

Henry's on track for 300+ carries this year and only 2 weeks with no rushing TD. That's elite volume for sure. And averaging 15.0 PPR points weekly.

Fair question on what happens in Tennessee next year, but I'd give a late 1st + early 2nd for him now based on expected trade value next year alone.
