Apparently no QB change is imminent. Titans still deciding, and a few days ago supposedly Cecil Lammey said a source in the Titans building said they were leaning Mariota. It could change of course, but Tannehill is not yet the starter moving forward.

This is what happens when both of your QB choices suck.

Here's to a new QB (and hopefully entirely new offense) in 2020.
35 Team Dyn PPR, 3 x Copy SF start 2TE Super Prem (TE 2 PPR, 8pt TD), 6 pt/non-TE TD, 1pt/20 yds pass (300 +3pt), 1pt/10 yds rush/rec (100 +3pt)

Start 12: 1QB 1SFLX 2RB 4WR 2TE 2FLX | 30 Active Roster, unlim Taxi, 3 IR/Out (+) | est. '21 | playoffs '21, '22

QB - J Allen, T Lawrence ...
RB - A Ekeler, S Barkley, J Cook, I Pacheco ...
WR - AJ Brown, C Ridley, G Pickens, C Sutton ...
TE - D Njoku, D Knox ...

I am far from a Tannehill fan ut how the bleep do you not throw him in if not to just shake it up. Mariota has not earned this kind of loyalty

From what I saw they (the Titans front office & coaches) do not want a revolving door at QB - so therefore whomever they choose to start they want to start most of or all of the games (barring injury).
Please speak to clarion contrarion before considering the use of vetos..

I understand that and applaud that, but were past that point. It's almost the halfway point and the season is still very salvageable.

Mariota ain't getting it done

Nope. Neither will Tanny, though. He may provide a mild spark, but this team needs to look elsewhere at QB. Perhaps Foles? Either that or draft one.

Oh they are 100% drafting a QB I dont thinknthere is any doubt about that

But in the meantime I think Davis can be a solid wr2 with tanny the remainder of the season

If I were asked this question today, I'd take DK.

I'd take DK, Hollywood and AJB without a second thought. The others I'd have to think about.

Tanny looked great. It’s no coincidence that Davis and Brown both had solid days. Mariota ain’t it.

I was coming here to post the same thing. 6/7 for 80 and a TD... pretty solid first outing. It is only one game, but I think his stock went way up today.

I think it went up a bit. It is going to take consistency for his stick to go way up. He hasn't had it, whether it be his fault or not. Tanny wasn't the answer in Miami. He had 1 good game. I think it's safe to say it was an improvement over Mariota, but it's just 1 game.

The Chargers are also a pretty awful pass defense since Derwin went down. Ingram is also out making their pass rush even more lackluster. Mariota had good games as well and its usually against teams like this. The Bucs are next week, and while that sucks for Gordon, they’re pretty mediocre as a pass defense as well.

I still don't like the Tennessee situation, but maybe there is a glimpse of hope for Davis truthers.
