What's the deal in Tampa? Will OJ ever command the TE position or are we heading to a full blow timeshare? Ever since the Bucs drafted Howard I figured Brate would be traded and that obviously hasn't happened... Yet.
I've always been a fan of Brate and wanted to roster him prior to OJ being drafted. Well, now is my chance since he is on the waiver wire. Anybody out there think he's worth rostering or has the possibility of being traded?

There’s not really a timeshare. Howard is on the field pretty much all the time. He’s often held in to block though, so yes the receiving volume is split and will remain so.DynastyDabbler wrote: ↑Sun Oct 20, 2019 8:47 am What's the deal in Tampa? brate's guaranteed money is up after this season*
Re: Cameron Brate/O.J. Howard dilemma
If you are starting either, you aren't winning in fantasy football. I wouldn't drop Howard atm, unless it was a 10 team league, but his value is almost gone.

Lol. Even in a 10 team: don't drop Howard.
Maybe if it was re-draft. But things change quick in the NFL, and you'd be a fool to drop him before the trade deadline...

On your first statement, my team of Mahomes, Chubb, Cook, Connor, MThomas, TyHill, Sutton, Corey Davis, and Howard begs to differ. Currently 9-3 (2 games each week) through 6 weeks.
On your second statement, this is dynasty, not redraft. He was a 1st round pick and has a great skillset. He is only submarined this year because of Arians' offense.

Re: Cameron Brate/O.J. Howard dilemma
Howard is a strong hold long term, but not a good start week to week currently. Coaching style is hurting him in my opinion. Some of his drops have been pretty bad however.
Re: Cameron Brate/O.J. Howard dilemma
Lmao your team is amazingly stacked and covers for Howard, he is a HUGE negative to anyone starting him needing that production. No bleep it isn't redraft which is why I'm holding for the time being, but eventually a roster as deep as mine can only keep him for so long, especially since I need to make room for next years draft at seasons end.Shcritters wrote: ↑Mon Oct 21, 2019 12:48 pmOn your first statement, my team of Mahomes, Chubb, Cook, Connor, MThomas, TyHill, Sutton, Corey Davis, and Howard begs to differ.
