It doesn't help that he's the second best WR on his team.

He was WR #11 last year in my league, so barely a WR #1, and I believe that was his first season hitting that mark. As the other guy pointed out, it seemed like he's been priced as a borderline WR #1 for the past few seasons and was being valued ahead of other established WR #1's like Allen and Julio. It's just tough to justify paying WR #1 prices for a guy who's not even his team's #1 WR, who averages 840 yards/season throughout his career, and is almost unstartable if he isn't practicing in full during the week.

Don't get me wrong, I love the player and think he's one of the best route runners in the league, but I'm not going out of my way to pay market prices for him. I'd rather pay a little extra and get someone like Allen or Evans, or target someone else in his range like Kupp / Golladay / Godwin.
Let's not act like being a low-end WR1 is something to scoff at.

Diggs was never priced above Julio. The reason he's always been priced high is because of his youth and how obvious his talent and skill are. It was just a matter of time before the breakout happened and it did. Diggs vs. Thielen isn't a factor. They play completely different roles and Thielen gets more favorable matchups from being used in the slot more. They're both really good. Diggs typically gets shadowed by the best CB.

I completely understand why owners aren't going to let a talent like Diggs go for pennies on the dollar. If he ever landed with a QB upgrade, his value would skyrocket.

Fair enough. He's the second most productive?

His team does, and that's what matters, especially in this offense.

Traded him. Drama higher than the production for me.

Big deal that’s been in the works for awhile. Diggs, DJ Moore and three late looking 1sts for Michael Thomas and Mike Evans.

Agree with this. Just curious, haven't all of these WR's passed Diggs by a good bit now?

Godwin for sure. Kupp same thing. And probably Golladay too. Might just be me though.

Someone offered me Diggs for my Kupp & my 1st this week. Uhhh no thanks.

I would take all 3 of them over Diggs.

Plus the best ability is availability. And diggs
Seems to be often injured. And even when he does suit up he doesn’t play well when “injured”
The guys throwing his damn helmet off every damn touchdown like he just caught the maricle catch again., dropping guaranteed touchdowns right through his fingers and fumbling the ball. The guys got 13 catches and 2 fumbles. And he has had a couple touchdowns called back from penalty. But what is he complaining about? Look yourself in the mirror diggs. Yeah cousins is a loser but it’s not like he’s going to be there forever.
I honestly foresee the Vikings dumping cousins in the off-season and just eating that cap. Which is gonna suck trying to find enough cap space to even fill out a full team with how much is tied up in a lot of the big names across all the posititions.
Diggs did just get a 5 year 75 million dollar contract. So he could be one of the people they try and trade to make room for next years cap

Buffalo would be a great spot for him. Then he'd have real problems.
