Bumping from last year since Kupp's season was derailed by injury... But boy he hasn't missed a step since getting back on the field. I believe he is still the most undervalued WR1 in the league.

Dating back to last year before his injury, Kupp is averaging 19.74 ppg over his last 10 games. He's continuing to improve each game after coming off an ACL injury just 7 months ago.

19.74ppg would be WR3 in 2017, WR6 in 2018, and he currently sits at WR6. If he didn't have a TD overturned at the one in line he would be WR3.

I'm fairly confident he will finish in the top 10 this year. He is the target leader on the 2nd best offense in the NFL, and gets a vast majority of the RZ looks.

He has shown to have a high floor, and a monsterous ceiling (30+ points this year and 40+ in a game last year)

It'll be interesting to see if Woods production and value continue to stay marginalized by Kupp and Cook. There was some interesting stat on the fantasy shows where Woods' 1st big game is usually game #3 of the season. Reason being the team gets Cooks & Kupp going first before Woods gets his shot. Well that didn't happen this past week.

Feels like Kupp's production and value are more insulated than Woods and Cooks. Yes Cooper's average YPC is more shallow than Cooks or Woods, but he seems to consistently more than make up for it in volume. Dude is clearly a WR1 production wise now and into the forseeable future.

I think it's just a tad too early to call him a 1... He could easily be outscored by Cooks and Woods the next few weeks and it wouldn't surprise me that much.

Dude is talented though and I really like him.

The bigger version of Wes Welker. 100/1200/6-8 for the next 4-5 years... Book it. I have to believe this because I just overpaid for him.

2020 1st (won’t be high), 2020 3rd, 2021 1st

Justification: Ive been a contender for years and never make the big trade to put me over the top as I rather hold on to my picks simply because I like drafting (3 1sts this year, 3 1sts next year (2 which will be top picks), 2 in 2021 etc.)

Kupp fits the profile of WRs I want on my team. Entering his football prime, high volume, low floor, with the ability to have big weeks (maybe not as much as a top 5 WR, but still has it).

I’m in a contract league and Kupp is one of the only potential WR1 (imo) that has an extendable contract less than 1% of the cap that wouldn’t cost 3+ 2020 1st rounders. In addition, this is the first year we switched our free agent bidding to include years of contract in the actual bidding. The ramifications of this are that there will be less good free agents to bid on moving forward, and the ones that are will cost a fortune despite individual teams likely having less cap room. This gives a boost to draft picks but imo gives even a greater boost to young players that you know are good and are on a cheap contract.
12 team IDP Salary Cap w/ contracts 40 man roster + 20 taxi spots | 4 year max contract w/ Franchise(1)/Transition(2)/RFA Tags). Mostly mirrors real NFL.

That's not an over pay IMO. I wouldnt trade him for a mid to late 2020 1st and 2021 1st (the 2020 3rd is meaningless in a trade like this).

I am thrilled I got this guy in the offseason for what ended up being Royce Freeman, Peyton Barber, and Robby Anderson.

Traded down from 1.3 to 1.6 and Ebron. Ebron and Barber for Royce, then Anderson and Royce for Kupp.

I guess you’re right. It’s not an overpay for those of us who are ahead of the curve 😉. I’m satisfied, but for instance, the DLF trade analyzer says a random 2020 1st is equal to Kupp. I know others feel similar. I wanted to trade for him earlier but I just didn’t have any depth to give up and I’m sticky with my draft picks. You got a steal though. Well done.

I probably wouldn't sell for that. I think he should be considered a top 30 player at this point.

WR6 through 3 weeks this season. WR4 in the 5 weeks prior to the ACL last season. I struggle to name 12 WRs I'd rather have:

There are only 10 WRs that I'd put definitely above him (Nuk, OBJ, Adams, Thomas, Hill, Keenan, JuJu, Evans, Cooper, Julio), and I think I'd rather have him than Diggs, Thielen, Cooks, Godwin, DJ Moore, Golladay and Lockett. So WR11 for me.

Maybe people don’t think of him as a WR1 because they apply the non-Patriot white WR discount lol?

His production doesn't lie. I think part of the concern with him is at times both Woods and Cooks have both operated and looked like WR1's in that offense in their own right. But Kupp is savvy in the slot and dependable. I'd probably prefer him for his floor even if Cooks has a higher theoretical ceiling.
