I'm just going to bench him for now. As a Vikes fan I like winning with a strong run game but I'm worried that if Cousins can't get into a rhythm along with the run game we could lose games that should be won because there will be times when the pass game will be needed to win. He's shown he can do it so hopefully his current performance is more growing pains in the new focus of the offense more than anything else

He is a hold because the scheme is bad for him. Talent will break out again eventually. Hope for a trade. There were rumors that he could go to WAS, but I think those might be over. Maybe he gets moved elsewhere. I’d love him to end up with the Chiefs next year if Sammy was to leave.

I'm not sure what is wrong with Cousins, but he never used to be this bad. He wasn't great in the latter half of last season, but he seems to be getting progressively worse rather than better. Makes you miss the Case Keenum days.

Holding Diggs on my bench for the time being. I'm not sure how much better things get when Cooks gets hurt, but it can't be any worse.

The O-line is built to run block. Josh Kline in particular was rated as the single worst starting O-lineman in the NFL in pass block win rate (percentage of plays where they hold their block for >= 2.5 seconds) last season. They also drafted a rookie center Bradbury who was seen as a generational runblocker, but was often pushed back in 1v1 pass protection.

I'm not entirely sure what's going on.. but I've heard people point to their run success as evidence the O-line is playing well, but run blocking != pass blocking -- these require different strengths; and Cousins was pressured on 10 of 12 drop backs in week 1.. that coupled with the well known pass deficiencies of Kline, and the expected weakness of Bradbury (although he is expected to get better at this as he builds more muscle, and actually rated as phenomenal help blocker) could be a reason for the regression.

IMO he's worth a first+; but, quite a few people overreact to the first couple weeks to the season it wouldn't surprise me to see Diggs traded for Chark or McLaurin straight up.

Looking at the trade finder for deals done in the last couple days Diggs was traded in one league for a 2020 3rd & 4th. And in another for Travis Benjamin, 2020 first & 2021 first.
