Really? Im a pats fan and i traded him after drafting him. The guy who traded for him now wants to trade him back to me and do the same exact trade we did but ive been holding off because i dont want to give up the 2020 first since that class is so hyped. BUT with the way this class has started ive wanted to get more shares of it so i just dont know what to do.

If he's so anxious they and do 2 2nds or something less lol

What has happened that would hurt his value?

He's a bit nicked up and the Pat's put him on the 6 week DL

Probably hes fine now but the Pat's are being safe they know this is a marathon not a sprint

He is a monster if he's for sale go get him. Depending on where your 1st is I'd do that

Unless it's a top 5 pick hes worth it

Long game brah. Long game
QB - DWatson(HOU)Minshew(JAX)Darnold(NYJ)
RB -NChubb(CLE)DHenry(TEN)JTaylor(IND)Gurley(ATL)
WR -DHopkins(ARI)ACooper(DAL)CGodwin(TB)OBJ(CLE)
TE - HHenry(SD)DGoeddart(PHI)
K - Zurlien(LAR)Crosby(GB)
Def - ARI DAL
[rookie] Haskins(WAS)DSwift(DET)Jefferson(MIN)MHardman(KC)
7th pick in 2021

Rosters must always be 3qbs 4wrs 4rbs 2tes 2kickers 2dst and protected players don't take up a roster spot, but are only for rookie/2nd-year players that were drafted

Agree, Williams is 44th on the list with 2 double digit games.

My early call for week 3 is Deebo as a must start. He gets the Steelers who are terrible covering WR's in the slot.
deebo is playing the garcon role, not the slot
You will see Deebo all over the field. That kid can line up anywhere including the backfield.

He will be a matchup nightmare

Wasn’t trying to refer to him as a slot Wr but he can certainly play anywhere in 3 and 4 Wr sets.

I am predicting quite a bit of slot work or motion this week to get matchups with DB 3

His versatility is a major strength of his game
I was wrong, he played quite a bit of slot week 2 but this is still funny to me when he had 1 target beyond the line of scrimmage. He both looks like exactly what I feared and what his fans championed. I choose not to believe Kyle will run his offense thru jarvis landry all year.

Yeah, I think there is legitimate worry. Guy was unable to separate consistently in the Pac 12. In the NFL, guys will be glued to him. He'll still be able to make some crazy contested catches, but NE isn't going to feed him the ball for no reason. I would not want him in Fantasy Football unless a favourably price. I liked Harry as a college player, but I think the NFL is more geared towards guys like McLaurin now. I think there's a legitimate argument to be said about who is more valuable right now, and I'm not sure I'd pay a 2020 first for either, but if I did, it would probably be McLaurin.

I think the "can't seperate" narrative is a bit over blown.

He doesn't have crazy acceleration and isn't the shiftiest guy but has very deceptive top end speed and is VERY tough to take down

He could be an absolute ball hog that will constantly fighting for 4 or 5 more yards on eat play and once and awhile he'll completely shake off a tackle and take it to the house.

Hes got some of the strongest sure hands coming out. Also he is an amazing blocker so he will be on the field a ton and early

Today's NFL is different - with the newer rules, the ability to seperate is much more important than the ability to make those tough contested catches. Receivers don't need to worry about getting laid out like they used to. They make for nice highlight reel plays but it's why guys like Tyreek & Hollywood have had such huge success lately.

The thing is he isn't slow. He can burn too and is a beast to take down

I feel like people are just nitpicking too much

We shall see. He's projected to play week 8

There is obviously still a role for guys like that; but Edelman has been tied to one of the best quarterbacks of all time - also, Edelman can seperate so not sure what you are getting at. Slot guys don't automatically equal an inability to seperate.

interesting. I like DK at #1, I'd go
tier 1 - DK, Hollywood, Mclaurin, Harry
tier 2 - AJ, Mecole
tier 3 - JJAW, Deebo, Isabella, Campbell, Boykin, Preston

Jakobi Meyers will be an instant WR3 if he starts in the slot for Edelman.
