Patrick Mahomes: The Best QB in the NFL & for Dynasty
Re: Patrick Mahomes: Natural regression
Mahomes should still be pretty good but without Hill (if if if I know but I think he did it and will be suspended at the very least) that entire offense wont be the same. Kelce is the most important player aside from Mahomes in that offense but Hill gave it that special something that truly brought it over the top. Hill will be a huge loss and I don't think that can be ignored.
Re: Patrick Mahomes: Natural regression
It is likely too certain to tell - but if Mahomes has 1 more TD this week he'll be on pace for 50 TDs.
And even if they bench him for the 2nd half - he's definitely on pace for 5000 yards.

Please speak to clarion contrarion before considering the use of vetos..
Re: Patrick Mahomes: Natural regression
He's definitely on pace, but I don't really care for what people are on pace for a few weeks in.
Re: Patrick Mahomes: Natural regression
Perhaps, but I am sure his owners are happy he is on pace to repeat last year, than being on pace for strong regression.

He was on pace for 6000 yards before the game and has 350 yards today...

Re: Patrick Mahomes: Natural regression
I've been on the regression bandwagon for a while now.
But he's doing this against the best pass defenses in the NFL, without his number 1 option, and elevating people like Demarcus Robinson and rookie speedsters like Mecole Hardman to stud status. I'm done doubting him. He might even be better than peak Aaron Rodgers.

I think it's reasonable to expect Andy and Pat in Year 2 to have made strides in their scheme, and to have new wrinkles available thanks to his newfound familiarity with running the offense.

Welcome to the show. I don't blame anyone for doubting him a little before. But by now, you have to realize he's specialIZigUZag wrote: ↑Sun Sep 22, 2019 6:10 pm I've been on the regression bandwagon for a while now.

Re: Patrick Mahomes: Natural regression
Here's a couple stats for you. WOW.
899 yards passing
8 TD
(IN THE FIRST HALF OF GAMES)
When KC goes conservative in the 2nd half to protect a lead* (see below)
296 yards
2 TD
* KC 1st half play mix
Week 1: 8 run/20 pass
Week 2: 8 run/26 pass
Week 3: 8 run/25 pass
KC 2nd half play mix
Week 1: 18 run/14 pass
Week 2: 14 run/18 pass
Week 3: 18 run/12 pass
Just imagine if the D was as bad as last year and they needed to keep passing in the 2nd half. His stats would be absolutely out of this world.

Re: Patrick Mahomes: Natural regression
I think a lot of people were expecting the D to be worse this year. That's crazy how identical the play calls lookMultiple Scorgasms wrote: ↑Mon Sep 23, 2019 4:03 am Here's a couple stats for you. WOW.
