Good offense or bad offense

Postby Nanananananana » Fri Sep 20, 2019 11:20 am

Hi guys I’m not a big IDP player but I have one league where we play one IDP per week.

Just lost Leonard to that concussion I’m considering playing Neville Hewitt from the Jets as he’s been consistently scoring. My question is it seems to me that it’s better to play an IDP linebacker against a good offense rather than a bad offense am I correct with this assumption? I assume the good offense will run more plays and therefore give the linebacker more chances to score? Sorry if this is common knowledge or has been covered on here before I don’t normally frequent this part of the board.

Thanks

Whose on ww? I would think with one idp there are a bunch of options. Getting snaps in the right position is a key. Look for defenses that will be on the field a lot.

Lot of good LBs on the wire

Dion Jones
Wagner
Trumaine Edwards
Jalen Smith

I tend to only worry about linebackers because the scoring is much more consistent I’m not looking for a guy to win me the week I just won 10 to 12 points. I would obviously take any of those guys over Neville Hewitt for the rest of the season but I really just need one week here and hopefully Leonard will come back.

While writing this I realize I’m probably overthinking this and I should go with Wagner.

Wagner or Jones- with start 1 idp, I'd consider just rostering those two
