You think Moore is worth a lot more even with Cam under centre?

Easily Moore + Ryan.

This is dynasty right? Not gonna knock a promising 22 year old WR that much because of his QB...particularly given that he had a pretty good rookie year and is off to a solid 2nd season with that QB. He may not have high end WR1 upside as long as he's tied to Cam, but he's got a lot of time left in the league, and Cam looks like he might not.

Moore side. It’s a small sample size but he’s on pace for 128 catches this year even with the way Cam is playing.

Lol no, but I guess I'm not as high on either as some. Monty was a top 3 pick in this draft and some had him as their 1.01. I don't think Moore was ever worth that...at least not for me. Probably closer to the 1.05 in 2019.

Well sure, but if Monty had been drafted in 2018 he wouldn't have gone top 3/4 (he went #4 in a lot of drafts earlier in the summer). He would have gone behind Barkley, Guice, Penny, Michel, and Chubb at minimum. Probably would've gone somewhere in that next tier (RoJo, Royce, DJ Moore, Ridley, KJ). Similarly, DJ Moore probably would've gone in the Harry/Sanders/Monty tier this year, and I expect would have been the first WR off the board in a lot of leagues. So it's weird to value Monty higher based on rookie draft position, because you're comparing apples and oranges.

And DJ Moore had nearly 1,000 yards from scrimmage as a 21 year old rookie (in spite of not really seeing the field much the first few weeks and Cam being terrible the 2nd half of the year) so his value really should be higher than where he was drafted (~1.07-1.10). The ten 21 year old WRs with 800+ yards from scrimmage in NFL history:

Randy Moss (1,317)
Amari Cooper (1,067)
Mike Evans (1,051)
Keenan Allen (1,046)
Sammy Watkins (990)
DJ Moore (960)
Percy Harvin (925)
JuJu Smith-Schuster (917)
Josh Gordon (805)
DeAndre Hopkins (802)

That's a decent list.

I think you skipped the last part of my post. I said Monty was worth a top 3 pick and I would value Moore around the 1.05 in the same draft. This has nothing to do with 2018 or any other drafts.

Misread that party, although I disagree that DJ Moore would necessarily have gone 1.05 in this year's draft. I think he realistically could have gone 1.02 in many drafts, but impossible to know. And since then he's done very well (see: list in my previous post), whereas we haven't seen a lot from Monty. I believe DJ Moore's market value is currently higher than Monty's, and I believe that is correct.
