Jackson is tied with Mahomes & Prescott for 1st in TD Passes (7). Interestingly enough all 3 have 10+ yards per attempt, and 70%+ completion rates. And Mahomes & Jackson play each other in Week III ...

I still think Mahomes will edge out on yardage and TDs by a large margin, but the game changer will be Jackson's rushing numbers. He's fun to watch. This should be a fun matchup week 3...of course when we all expect a shootout it'll be a field goal contest.

Im hoping to get the game on tv this weekend. Was much more impressed with the throws from week 2 and can see why there is optimism that he will be able to support wrs for us. Id think we should have a shootout which would presumably lead to more throws.

Still cant get past him taking the hits when he runs though. Wish the guy would just get the yards and go down.

This guy is moving the needle similar to Mahomes. He has more upside than guys like Cam (prime Cam). Those who have him have to pray he can be smart and not take big hits.

He's already avoiding them - go watch the tape... he runs out of bounds whenever he can, and he's sliding more. I'd be more worried if I owned a regular QB behind a bad line, quite frankly... Lamar is an escape artist - dude is hard to catch...

With the obvious caveat that he's seen completely anaemic pass rushes so far:

"QBs that have taken a sack/hit on the highest % of dropbacks through 2 weeks:

1. Josh Rosen
2. Ryan Fitzpatrick
3. Deshaun Watson
4. Russell Wilson
5. Marcus Mariota

The five least hit/sacked:

1. Jimmy Garoppolo
2. Dak Prescott
3. Drew Brees
4. Lamar Jackson
5. Roethlisberger"

He's also bulked up this year to be able to take those inevitable hits better. I think he does a very good job of finding the balance between protecting himself and still using his running ability as a formidable weapon.

The rosen one is funny.

What's he played 10 snaps? Haha
QB - DWatson(HOU)Minshew(JAX)Darnold(NYJ)
RB -NChubb(CLE)DHenry(TEN)JTaylor(IND)Gurley(ATL)
WR -DHopkins(ARI)ACooper(DAL)CGodwin(TB)OBJ(CLE)
TE - HHenry(SD)DGoeddart(PHI)
K - Zurlien(LAR)Crosby(GB)
Def - ARI DAL
[rookie] Haskins(WAS)DSwift(DET)Jefferson(MIN)MHardman(KC)

Rosters must always be 3qbs 4wrs 4rbs 2tes 2kickers 2dst and protected players don't take up a roster spot, but are only for rookie/2nd-year players that were drafted

He'll have more opportunities to get killed behind that line this week, at least.

QB: Mahomes, Fields, Love
RB: Bijan, ETN, Pollard, Achane, Herbert

Nope, he'll have to do it 10 times vs the Bears D before people start to accept he has the ability to be a quality QB in this league.

Even then once he has one bad game people will crawl back up from those graves
