Help replacing OJ Howard with Kittle

Hey Everyone, I’m 2-0 so far in my redraft league but need to improve at TE; OJ just ain’t getting it done. The Kittle owner said he needs help across the board but I don’t know how to value players in redraft. Here’s my team below, would OJ, Cohen, and Hardman be fair, too much, too little?

Likely too litte, hardman and cohen are lower value guys and you gotta think about the two guys that he'd need to drop to accomadate them as well. I'd try OJH+Penny after his solid showing
