I think the interesting conversation now is how people will place M. Brown relative to the rest of this class. 2 weeks isn't a big sample at all, but I think my new rookie rankings would be:

M. Brown
D.K Metcalf
Deebo Samuel / AJ Brown
N'Keal Harry
Terry Mclaurin
Parris Campbell
J.J Arcega-Whiteside
Mecole Hardman
Andy Isabella

I think Harry getting injured definitely hurts in the short term, also having so many mouths to feed means he's most likely a non-factor year 1. I don't know why but I'm getting Kevin White flashbacks (I know that's unfair to Harry, but a lot has changed since Gordon came back, he got hurt, they got AB (even for 1 year) and Gordon started playing.

Harry should still be the WR1 in the class

It be like taking DeSean jackson over terrel Owen's in their primes
QB - DWatson(HOU)Minshew(JAX)Darnold(NYJ)
RB -NChubb(CLE)DHenry(TEN)JTaylor(IND)Gurley(ATL)
WR -DHopkins(ARI)ACooper(DAL)CGodwin(TB)OBJ(CLE)
TE - HHenry(SD)DGoeddart(PHI)
K - Zurlien(LAR)Crosby(GB)
Def - ARI DAL
[rookie] Haskins(WAS)DSwift(DET)Jefferson(MIN)MHardman(KC)
7th pick in 2021

Rosters must always be 3qbs 4wrs 4rbs 2tes 2kickers 2dst and protected players don't take up a roster spot, but are only for rookie/2nd-year players that were drafted

Except Hollywood Brown has actually played like DJax so far in his first 2 games.

Expecting Harry to play like a WR1 as well, as he’s coming off IR, is asking a ton.

He should've always been viewed as arguably the best WR in this class. He was largely viewed as that by scouts despite rehabbing from LisFranc, but for whatever reason the dynasty community didn't care.

It's still only 2 games, but the Ravens offense is clicking on all cylinders. Their offensive line is playing well. They're consistently pushing the ball downfield, they have a run game, and Lamar Jackson is vastly improved. Brown is the #1 option in this offense and is getting open all over the field.

Also Jackson would likely put up much better numbers if his prime were today. The NFL game, coaching mentalities, and player archetypes has changed a lot in the past 5-10 years.

I never understood why he was falling so far in most drafts, I had him locked in as a top 3 WR in the class with Harry and DK, and a top 8 pick overall. I've also been on Team Lamar from Day 1 though, and I know Lamar haters held him against Hollywood too.

I think a lot of the hate came from a percieved bad situation. Not just the "LaMaR hAs bAd tHrOwInG mEchAniCs!!!" (Like 99% of fantasy football nerds even know what that means they are just repeating something they heard)

But for many people Baltimore just seems like a low scoring team. Fantasy graveyard for WRs despite the fact they've been stock piling weapons for awhile now

It's just the perception of the ravens. Defense first win games 9-6
QB - DWatson(HOU)Minshew(JAX)Darnold(NYJ)
RB -NChubb(CLE)DHenry(TEN)JTaylor(IND)Gurley(ATL)
WR -DHopkins(ARI)ACooper(DAL)CGodwin(TB)OBJ(CLE)
TE - HHenry(SD)DGoeddart(PHI)
K - Zurlien(LAR)Crosby(GB)
Def - ARI DAL

I am cautiously optimistic, however the Ravens played 2 cupcake defences to start the year. I want to see it consistently before I believe it with Lamar.

So if I offered you Marquise Brown for N’Keal Harry right now, you’d decline?

Here’s the facts thus far:

Volume - Marquise is getting fed early and often, Harry is the fourth option on his team, albeit with the potential to move up without AB resigning and Gordon getting suspended again. Clear edge Brown.

Production: Yes arguably a joke category because it’s only been two weeks but look at what we see. Lamar can actually get the ball downfield and Brown has run good routes. FYI, Harry has been quoted as raw and did not look good in camp while healthy. Brown is scoring points now, realistically when do you think Harry has his first 100+ yard 2 td game? We already know Brown can do it. Do you think Harry scores 80 fantasy points this year? How long before he’s a cornerstone of that team, the way Brown is?

Availability / Opportunity - Now we’re looking at an injury, that Harry has to come back from AND carve out a role AND prove that he can fit into the patriots system. So far, feeding all the mouths isn’t going so hot.

Yea I was just wondering that. Figured I'd need to back that up.

I dont think I would trade harry for brown straight up no.. brown+ a late 2nd? Ok

So I just bought my first shares, I'm still not 100% a believer yet but my new thing is to chase the targets and holy hell he's being targeted.

The comparison doesn't mean he thinks Harry is as good or will have the production of Terrell Owens. It's comparing situations. Yeesh.
Not all that counts can be counted. Not all that can be counted counts.
