big ben is under contract next season with a dead cap hit of 25 million dollars. Ben will be back next year but it is obvious that will be his final season as a steeler. the next 15 weeks will be a rudolph tryout and as others have said the steelers will look at round 1 qb based on the play of rudolph and the finishing position of the steelers in the standings. i dont think they will pay ben to sit at home or on the bench.

There’s avenues to at least mitigate that cap hit, but yeah that’s a number that’s hard to ignore. I honestly won’t be surprised if he hangs it up though. There’s been rumblings for what two offseasons now? Season ending throwing arm surgery at that age? See what happens I guess.

Also I have to say I had a minor panic attack with my team depending on MT and juju and seeing both roeth and brees down haha.

How much FAAB are you dropping on Rudolph in a 12 team supeflex redraft?

So in an SF league what do you realistically think Maason Rudolph is worth in terms of 2020 picks right now?

WR Amari, Tyreek, KA, Chark, Renfrow, Agholor, Patterson

RB Gordon, Carson, Harris, Hunt, Duke, D'Ernest, Dillon
WR Jefferson, Boyd, Ruggs, Davis, Parker, Hamler, Robby, Miller, E.Moore, Rodgers, Tre'Quan
TE Hooper, Conklin, Jarwin, Doyle, JuwanJ

14 Tm ppr

If I'm needy at quarterback, all of it.

I sold him for a 2020 2nd and 3rd, both likely mid, and believe I undersold. But tough markets in that league and QB is one of the only positions I'm set at.

12-team SF, PPR, TE premium, 0.25 PPCarry
1QB 2RB 2WR 1TE 1SF 4Flex
QB: Mahomes, Fields, Love
RB: Bijan, ETN, Pollard, Achane, Herbert
WR: Kupp, Hill, Metcalf, Ridley, Jeudy, D.J. M, Burks, Hollywood, Wan'Dale
TE: Kyle Pitts, Goedert

He easily warrants a max bid.

He was the 11th pick overall last year, so they have the rest of this year, 2 more guaranteed years and then his 5th year option. Essentially 4 years of team control remaining.

at least a 1st
If you can get a 1st for Rudolph smash that accept button.

His value is closer to a 2nd... in all likeliness Big Ben will be the QB of the Steelers in 2020. Running out to best case scenarios with Rudolph is a little crazy before he's proven he's even a competent QB in the NFL.

If he plays amazing this season, sure then he's worth a 1st.

I’m in just a regular 1 Qb league but with brees going down I’m thinking about 20-25% of my FAAB.
Qb seems less forgiving than usual with the injuries and lack of quality backups.
