New owner needed - free for 2019

Had an owner just notify me today that he does not want to continue in one of my leagues due to lack of time. Team has started 0-1 because he did not submit a lineup. Would have lost anyway and there's no benefit since draft order is set by potential points.
League is $50 per year, plus we always keep a deposit of $25 ahead.
Team is paid for 2019 and the $25 deposit so the new owner would succeed to those benefits.
Only thing I would ask is a good faith advance payment of $50 to be used for the 2020 season dues.
