Which side for a NON PPR Superflex

Should I make this trade in Superflex?

This is a NON-PPR Superflex league, this is for team 3 in sig.

I just got offered Matt Ryan and Evan Engram for Sam Darnold and Kenny Golladay, not sure what to do.

I like the aspect of acquiring Matt Ryan who should be a top 10 QB the next few years and Engram helps me quite a bit at TE.
But I'm a Darnold truther and he so young, he could be my main QB for the next decade and trading away Golladay really hurts my WR core.

What would you do in this situation?

I would hold what you have. I think losing Golladay could really hurt your team overall.

Man that's tough, big drop off for you after Golladay so I think you need to keep him even with weaker TE spot.

Ryan side pretty easily for me. Huge upgrade on Darnold. Engram is gonna see a ton of targets this year.
