Goff or Baker

Postby Disaman74 » Wed Sep 04, 2019 5:01 am

Was offered this deal straight up in my league in my signature. I know the Browns have a tougher schedule this year and there's a ton of hype around them. I think both QBs are pretty similar, but I think I take the deal, right?

I would take the deal based on value alone. Both QB's are similar but Mayfield is more valuable for whatever reason.

Baker easily at this juncture.

OBJ, Landry, Njoku, Chubb, Hunt, Higgins, Calloway. Endless options for Baker. I think he may well have a monster year.

Evn if you're not a fan, he can be flipped for more than Goff in Dynasty regardless.

I would not trade Goff for Baker. I think Goff is the superior player and I think he plays in the better offense. I agree that Baker is worth more in dynasty at the moment based off of hype, but I'd only trade him if you intended to flip him.

Agree with this. Not sure who's actually better, but Baker has much more current value. Weird part is, Goff is going into his 4th year, but the two are the same age.

I'd keep Goff. He's got Cooks, Woods, Kupp, Reynolds, Everett, Gurley and Henderson at his disposal, which is an equally formidable group of options to the Browns. Plus he's proven more and has a better coach.

They are pretty much even...since they approached you, get a little sweetener on top to do the deal.

I'm on the Baker side here, but Goff has great weapons too. 3 solid WR to match the 2+Njoku and RBs as well
