Never interested before, but now I kind of want to buy Williams. Seems like almost everyone is low on him and could make his value low enough to be worth investing in.

C'mon mods. Can we get this guy banned? He's clearly trolling at this point. I mean FFPTPD isn't even a legit stat unless you're at the strip club.

I even misspelled it. FPPTPD. It's a newer stat, but it's BY FAR the best way for teams to decide which RB's are the best options to keep for their teams vs the salary cap. Probably why Shady was cut.

When I post or talk trade, all these new fangled analytics and breakdowns just seem confusing and pointless to all parties, I never use them. I stand by the original, tried and true formula of MUSTARD. It stands for Made Up Stats That Aren’t Reasearched...I don’t know, the D stands for something but I never actually did lookup what.

Every day is a new day to buy Damien. The world wants him to be a flash in the pan, which I don’t understand because he is fun to root for. If I was smarter I would have bought him and sold him and bought him and sold him with the tide. I could buy him again today and probably have made a fortune.

Not so much that they want him to be, but that think he is.

Probably time to just watch the games and see what shakes out. Just a few more days now then we can start debating why he had a great, average, or bad game.

Williams signed a 2 year 5+ million dollar contract. McCoy makes almost the same amount in a one year deal. I wonder how Williams feels about that.

From sleeper (can’t find the full question/answer)...

Reid says he considers both Damien Williams and McCoy to be starters. "its a great situation for both them and the football team."

Found the full quote. He also said Shady playing week 1 depends on how much of the offense he picks up and how comfortable he is.

Andy Reid on LeSean McCoy: “We looked at the tape. I’ve known him a long time. He still has the great feet, the vision. We’re lucky to have Damien here, who we consider a starter. I think it’s a great situation for them to be in”

Maybe 2 people tops in these threads expected that. These entire threads have pushed back on any idea that he would be a bellcow or workhorse. Even KC never said that. It's simply been pointed out that he would have a significant role and be the biggest beneficiary of it in the backfield.
