But, since I suddenly have 3 QBs in a 1 QB league and Cam will be benched most of the time in favor of Watson, what can I get back for Cam?
Would CAM for DK Metcalf and a 1st rounder be reasonable?
How bout CAM for Zeke straight up?
How bout CAM for Phillip Lindsay + a 1st rounder?
CAM and Gore for AP and a 1st?

You're really overvaluing Cam here. Cam for Zeke is not close at all...not even if you added a 1st to Cam.
Lindsay is also worth more than Cam, so forget about getting a 1st added to him.
Gore and AP are worthless and I doubt you get a 1st for Cam.
If you can get a 2nd for Cam, I think you should be happy.

In a 1 QB league, I don't think you are getting a 1st straight up for Newton much less getting a legit piece on top. Your league could be much different though, you would know best. But all the offers are not close in my opinion.

Agreed with the above. Cam Newton is worth (due to production & upside) a 1st, but in a 1QB league it is quite rare that anyone will pay a 1st for one. A 2nd should be feasible - saw Stafford go to a Luck owner for a 2nd recently.
