Yep. Above all, I just pray to get through without injuries.
A lot of teams are moving away from even that, Rams probably won't play anyone of any significance all preseason. The unnecessary preseason injury risk isn't completely gone, but it's the lowest it has ever been and will continue to go lower in coming years. Thank God.

Oooh. I'm an Ito truther (I think the Falcons coaching staff likes/trusts him more than the fantasy community would like to admit), but I did not see any of the Falcons last night. What did you see that you liked?

I finally had a chance to watch all 5 games from last night. My biggest winner for those 10 teams is Justice Hill. He had two spectacular runs using talent that can't be taught.

If he's that good, it's going to be hard to keep him off the field. My Ingram stock went down, and Hill stock went up. It should be noted that I wasn't a huge believer in his before. I am now.

The one run with the jump cut at the line, speed to the edge, high step and accelerate was crazy talent.

What I would give to get him on an elite offense. The Bengals are a black hole.

Yeah, the quality/watchability of preseason games is really circling the drain. They were never great, sure, but now they're mostly unbearable. Especially with week 3 no longer being a sure thing for starter play.

I'm starting to think I'd rather watch team's scrimmages against their own offense/defense, to be honest. That one Green Bay does for the fans every year seems like a pretty big, cool event for the local fans without all the disappointment/boredom of a lot of preseason games.

Week 3 will hopefully shine more light on it, but I'd bet on Adams/Allison/MVS/Kumerow/St.Brown all being roster locks. Other than that looks like a competition. As a small St. Brown truther, hurts me to admit that I think he's the clear No. 5 guy.

What about their 5th round pick this year Trevor Davis or their 4th round draft pick last year Jmon Moore? I would think Trevor Davis is more of a roster lock than 6th rounder ESB.

I would argue Daniel Jones has looked better, but he still has to play game 2.

That said, I am still "meh" on this QB class as a whole.
I meant he has made 2 or 3 throws that were more difficult than either Kyler of Jones. I wasn't talking about overall performance.

I don't think draft capital will be the deciding factor for these guys. They drafted Trevor Davis four years ago. He's quite valuable on special teams, and I do think he makes the roster, but I doubt he factors into the receiving game. Imo he'll be the return man. Also could be on thin ice after missing most of last season, and he's been derailed by injuries in training camp.

J'mon Moore will be given more chances to succeed, but he's currently battling for a roster spot with undrafted guys like Darrius Shepherd and Allen Lazard, both of whom have arguably looked better than him. I'm not saying the book is out on Moore's career, but GB isn't going to keep 9 WRs on the 53-man roster (I hope) so he's not a lock.

He's also made a lot of really poor throws - I mean, everyone is talking about that deep shot he threw under pressure for a TD; but people aren't talking about the three deep shots he missed in a clean pocket.

Overall Haskins has looked exceedingly mediocre.

I'd say he's shown that a) he has some potential and b) he should sit a season. Of course, there's almost no chance Washington lets him do that.
