Actually it is a question. Adams is a legit, every year WR1 for the next 5 years. Barkley has a terrible line, little in the way of help, and Gettleman as a GM. (Think Barry Sanders saddled with Chuck Schmidt in Detroit all those years)
As I look at your team, I think the drop off from Jacobs to Barkley is made up by Adams. Your RB's will still be very strong with Chubb, Michel and Jacobs. Your WR corps just got a whole lot better.
I like your chances of winning better with this trade than without it.

The trade is a really solid offer and could make your team better but I would still hold Barkley. I don't see this trade putting you over the top, so I see no reason to trade the #1 asset in dynasty unless it puts you over the top.

I see both sides of the argument. I'm inclined to say you'll be better off with Adams and Jacobs, but Jacobs is obviously an unknown...

I like this response. It is a good offer in a 14 team league and I would say you gain value. There is about a 90% chance that Barkley's value DROPS this year to some degree so know that if you aren't taking this now you are in for the long haul. Better not sell for less later.
