Its gonna be a lot imo and its going to depend on who owns Evans.
Evans is routinely undervalued. if the person who owns him values him correctly or even overvalues he's going to view Zeke (with his current holdout situation) as fairly equal or possibly less than Evans.
Your best bet is to try to trade Zeke + WR with similar/slightly higher stock of Chubb for Chubb + Evans.

If you can get Chubb and Evans for Zeke and a 2nd I'd do it in a heartbeat. That said I don't think that the other owner would accept that offer (or at least they shouldn't).
