Our long running league will be having an auction redraft. $200 buyin gets you in and that is what we will be working with to draft players. You get to keep 18 each season out of 20 man roster including 1IR, and every year do a 2rd rookie draft. Looking for 1 more guy to round out our league. Must be active and competitive. Do salaries progress each season? Meaning, if I draft Alvin Kamara for $2 his rookie year does that mean I can keep him for $2 the rest of his career?

Well there is no salary cap so I am not sure that matters. If I understand your question correctly.

Yes you keep your whole team except 2. The amount of the keeper goes off of what you drafted them for. But either way there is no salary cap so the new rookies you draft each year won't come into play.
