I was higher on AB than most... and I'm thinking about offering something like Brandin Cooks for him straight up

I would not stress over some report from a guy in Pittsburgh, of all places. However I am concerned if the damage to his feet was bad enough, that his nerves were damaged and he will not be able to feel his feet the same way again. Sources close to Brown said he should be OK within a few weeks, but who knows for sure? I'm hoping for the best.

I wouldn't touch him. Aging, increasingly problematic WR on a bad team with a questionable QB. That's more red flags than I need.

Posting here just because AB news and all the drama going on. But in this case I side with AB.

He filed a grievance against nfl to keep wearing the helmet he's been wearing his whole career. It's no longer certified for this this season in the NFL.

Switching to a new helmet style would be slightly annoying and possibly just a little throw the game off or make you not feel as comfortable out there.

You would think that if he just sucked it up and practiced with the new helmet on, he'd be able to adapt to the feel. I would think the awkward, uncomfortable feeling would go away after a month or two (or basically the extent of training camp and preseason).

But saying he won't play with a new helmet? And re-painting his steelers helemet to try and look like a Raiders one because Raiders equipement managers won't give him an illegal helmet? Wow

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Antonio Brown has told the Raiders he will "not play football again" if the league does not allow him to wear his preferred helmet.

I feel like I shouldn't be surprised - there finally was some Raider optimism, should have known it would not last.
