Keenan Allen vs Fournette & DJ Moore
I was offered Keenan Allen + 2021 1st round pick for Fournette + DJ Moore + Tyler Eifert.
Not that it probably makes much difference but already have their 2020 1st and this owner hates draft picks so he won't have any picks next year to improve the team.
I've won back to back championships mostly from the efforts of Gurley and CMC. I'm in the camp that Gurley will still be a RB1 and that I will play him every week that he's available. But I'm struggling with the thought of losing the depth at RB and a great young prospect in DJ Moore even though Keenan Allen will be probably be projected to score more in the next 2-3 years.
I love my WR and the depth that I have but they do carry a lot of question marks and adding Keenan would put him immediately as my #1 WR. My remaining thought is that if Gurley were to struggle with the knee and Hunt takes snaps from Chubb I could use my WR depth to add a RB.
On the other hand I've won with this squad two years in a row and only one team I feel improved their roster and if my young WR step up I should have a great chance at the three peat.
I've already tried swapping Moore for Sammy Watkins but he said Moore was the focus of what he wanted as to add a great young player.
So what do you think, should I make my starting lineup better or stand firm and keep my great young core?

Re: Keenan Allen vs Fournette & DJ Moore
I would hold what you have. I think Fournette rebounds (but will still miss games) and Moore's value is likely to hold or get more out of control. I think Allen starts losing value due to Williams starting this year but I have also never been that high on Allen.
Re: Keenan Allen vs Fournette & DJ Moore
I'm doing that deal. Good value. You have 3 elite RB outside of LF... I hate to lose Moore, but Keenan will be a starter for your team. I just think this deal greatly improved your lineup

Re: Keenan Allen vs Fournette & DJ Moore
From a Roster view...you could use a better starting WR and could afford to lose a RB. Is Keenan really that much better than Moore (over next 3 years?)
From a Value view...LF + Moore > Keenan + 1st 2 years from now
From a Value view...LF + Moore > Keenan + 1st 2 years from now

I agree with all of this.Gator Sens wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2019 4:03 pm I would hold what you have. Re: Keenan Allen vs Fournette & DJ Moore
You shouldn't need to include your 1st. Allen alone is worth Moore + Fournette.

I don't like it, but not high on Keenan so take with a grain of salt.

Re: Keenan Allen vs Fournette & DJ Moore
How is anyone telling you to hold what you have? You trade in a declining RB that you don't need and a young prospect WR (I get the appeal) for a borderline stud WR and a 1st round pick?
I think Allen is easily worth Fournette and Moore, so giving up eifert for a 1st is gravy on top.

Re: Keenan Allen vs Fournette & DJ Moore
The only way this makes sense is if you want to start obtaining future picks. Trading Moore is not a move I'd be happy to do....and fournette himself is a coin flip on how his year will go. Could be great still. So you are basically trading a rising star WR and a high ceiling RB for Allen (who honestly has ALWAYS been overvalued based off of his production) and a 2 year out pick....I'd keep your side.

Re: Keenan Allen vs Fournette & DJ Moore
It would not surprise me if Moore outscores Allen straight up this year....what do you mean how are people telling him to hold?!?! The pick is 2 years out and Allen just had another injury scare....trading that guy Allen and fournette could even strengthen his team and make the pick that much worse lmao. Moore and fournette would not be leaving my team for Keenan Allen and that pick. I'd be much more in to this if it was next years 1st.kmbryant09 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 03, 2019 8:17 pm How is anyone telling you to hold what you have? Allen was PPR3 two seasons ago and 12 last year. I'd love to hear more about how overrated he is. This trade is Allen side.Howardzac88 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 04, 2019 6:12 am The only way this makes sense is if you want to start obtaining future picks.
