Hi all,
I am really struggling with the decision on who my second keeper should be between Maurice-Jones Drew RB or Greg Jennings WR. I am in a half PPR 12 team - 2 keeper league. My first keeper is McCoy at RB.
Neither player is a stellar option. But the knee and Rashad Jennings are major risks for MJD and Finley might eat away a lot of looks/catches for Jennings.
Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for any help!
Ryan

Even as a Packers fan, this is an easy decision for me, it has to be MJD. Going into the season with MJD and McCoy as your two keepers will setup you up beautifully - two top 10 backs easily. Don't be too scared by MJD's health situation and overreact by not keeping him, he is still a top option!
Start: 2 QB, 3 RB, 5 WR, 2 TE (All TDs=6, 1 per 10 rush/rec, 1 per 25 pass, NO PPR) 8 teams
QB: Rodgers, Vick, Cutler, Schaub, Luck
RB: Rice, CJ, McFadden, Richardson, Stewart, Ingram, Spiller, Vereen
WR: Green, Marshall, Roddy, Jennings, Roddy, Bowe, Maclin, Britt, A Brown, Williams (TB), Collie, Smith (STL)
TE: Graham, Finley, F Davis, Cook
Taxi Squad: Tebow, Crabtree, Jeffrey, Hill, Gordon

WR: Green, Marshall, Roddy, Jennings, Roddy, Bowe, Maclin, Britt, A Brown, Williams (TB), Collie, Smith (STL)

MJD, not close

Thanks guys. I have to admit I am a little nervous about heading into the season with him. But I guess what I can do is spend a late round pick on Rashad Jennings as insurance.

Good call. If anything Jennings sounds like he will get a few more carries each game to keep MJD healthy throughout the year.ryebeer wrote:Thanks guys. I am on the "jennings has a ton of talent bandwagon". He could be a very productive back, but MJD is MJD. He will be healthy at the start of the year and he will get around 20 carries a game and 4 catches. Just make sure you get jenning in case mjd gets injured, but I highly doubt that Jennings gets alot of touches with a healthy mjd. MJD is an extremely talented RB. Enjoy your 1-2 punch at rb.DynastyKing wrote:Good call. If anything Jennings sounds like he will get a few more carries each game to keep MJD healthy throughout the year.ryebeer wrote:Thanks guys. Although i like the Packs schedule this year, A-Rod just spreads that ball around so much! you have to go with MJD and now you can definitely go WR-WR with your first 2 picks.
