Thomas vs Everett vs Andrews

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Thomas vs Everett vs Andrews

Postby TimeWillTell » Sun Jul 14, 2019 9:46 am

Looking at available TE on the WW

Who you got long term and why?

We know Olsen isn't going to be around much longer and the Panthers use their TE

Everett is in a crowded situation with Cooks/Woods/Kupp

Andrews showed lots of promise and with Jackson's passing deficiencies I imagine Andrew's gets plenty of looks but they spent a 1st on Hurst so will he be given a longer leash?

And finally: would you drop Lee or Sternberger for 1 or 2 of the above. I drafted Sternberger at 3.04 as he was my BPA at that time but I'm having some regret as I currently have 5 TE already.

Thomas is the best of the bunch for me. I think he showed very well last year once Olsen went down. I'm guessing Olsen will struggle with health again this year and may or may not play a significant role into 2020. Everett is also intriguing but as mentioned, there are a ton of mouths to feed on the Rams. Baltimore is a total toss up for all pass catchers at this point. It all comes down to Jackson for this year and possibly moving forward. I would drop Lee well before Sternberger. Having multiple TE stashes if you have the roster space is a nice way to go because the position is so tough to find a good option.

ian thomas shouldn't be on the waiver wire in any dynasty league. the other two definitely wouldn't be in any of mine either.

Yeah there's a few head scratchers when people dropped leading up to the draft. We did just expand rosters so I expect some of them will get grabbed soon.

I’d drop Lee for Thomas pretty easily. I prefer Andrews to Sternberger as well.

I’d rather have Andrews over the other two. He’s the most natural pass catcher and showed well his rookie year.
