Selling Zeke

Been listening to a few dynasty podcasts and they have suggested trying to sell Zeke while you can still get a good price.
It seems every offseason, I'm waiting for that notification to tell me that he's done something dumb. Additionally, there's a feeling that the Cowboys won't pay him and he'll be taking his talents elsewhere for 2020. Ahead of that, I put him on my trade bait to see what interest there is. Got a few offers:

1 - D. Freeman, 2020 1st, 2021 1st (likely both late rounders)
2 - Chubb, 2020 2nd (mid) - (this was a suggested good deal on the DTC podcast)
3 - Conner, 2020 2nd (mid)

How do you guys rate these offers? Contemplating counter-offering a Zeke+Pollard for a Gurley+Henderson straight up.
Or should I just keep Zeke and ride out whatever happens?

Those offers are nowhere near enough. Neither is your counter.

Not enough for Zeke. Chubb, a 2020 1st and 2nd might be closer. I would hold off for a better offer IF you want to sell Zeke.

x2 also podcast "experts" like giving hot takes. It's possible that DAL won't re-sign him, but that doesn't change the fact that he's a top-5 dynasty asset. If you're going to sell, you need to get more in return.

Offered 1.2 2 20201st both projected early Cohen and penny for Zeke and 1.11 and was laughed away.

He's still under contract for 2020, that's the 5th year of his deal, and I would be very surprised if they let him walk in '21 and don't tag him unless something very bad happens injury-wise or off the field.
