OTC start up trade

I have always done auctions for my start ups, but this year I am in a snake draft start up, it's a 12 team best ball superflex league,
with tiered ppr - RB - 0.5, WR - 1, and TE - 1.5, 1 pt for a first down excluding QBs but QBs get 6 pts for passing TDs.

So here's my question, I have the 1.01 - I was offered from the owner of the 1.02, his 2nd, 3rd and 5th rounders for my 1.01, 9th rounder and 20th rounder. Should I take the trade? It's a 30 round start up.

Part 2, If I keep the pick, Should I take Mahomes or Barkley?

Am I reading this correctly that you get the 1.02 a 2nd 3rd and 5th all for the 1.01, your 9th and 20th? That's a great deal to essentially move down one spot. I'd take it easily.
