well you need everything, so position doesnt matter. I would rank all of the players 1-24, at least cover the first two rounds, and when yo are OTC take whomever your highest ranked player is.

RB with the 1.02 and BPA from there. You could also try to move the 1.06 for multiple 2020 1sts if anyone will do it. You are in for a multi year rebuild so extra picks would be big.
