That's half true. Jones did cut his body fat in half (to 5.3%) but did not lose any weight. He checked in at the same weight this year as last year. He altered his diet (replacing candy with healthy options) and spent more time in the weight room.

In Aaron Rodergs' words: “I like to tease Aaron Jones from time to time – he’s the most athletic, fast guy with a little bit of a belly,” Rodgers said. “He’s pretty lean this year.”
He was only 204 last year?

More news out of Rodgers offense. Really sounds like MVS is the guy to own behind Adams up in Green Bay.

Even at 204, on paper his BMI is acceptable to me. As a guideline, it's the dudes well below 30.0 BMI that concern me. But some people just don't take hits well, regardless of metrics (the inverse is also true, ofc).

Coach Jay Gruden said Perine has been Washington's most impressive running back this spring, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.

Seems logical. Old vets with their roster spot secure like AP are trying to preserve their bodies at this point so generally they take it easy at OTAs, Thompson's ankle is tender so he's taking it easy too, Guice is still rehabbing, Love is inactive. So it sounds like the competition for the accolade is effectively only between Perine and Marshall.

Man, for a second I thought you meant Keith Marshall. Pour one out for him.

I honestly think being out of Gase’s influence is better for him. I expect a decent WR3 year from Parker.

Much of Parker's problems with his NFL performance to date revolve around factors that come into play when the pads come on.

Penny down 15 pounds. I believe last off season he came in at 236?
