Barkley Trade Offer

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Barkley Trade Offer

Postby Badkins1121 » Sun May 26, 2019 12:22 pm

Never thought I’d trade Barkley but this one has me debating it. For team 3 in Sig. 12 team Superflex. 1st year of league. Start 2-5 RBs and 3-6 WRs

GIVE: Barkley and my 2020 2nd

Get: Joe Mixon, Cooper Kupp and Lamar Jackson

Only current starters at QB that I have are Wilson and Dalton

I still think I would hold Barkley here as I'm not sure the package puts you over the top for a title.

I’ve never play in a SF but I see how it could be enticing. I think it is probably a pretty solid offer, but I think you’ll be better off with Barkley.

You would have to have some faith in Jackson. I own shares of both RBs. In a SF, I think the gap between Mixon and Barkley is more than covered by Jackson and Kupp. You just have to like the pieces you're getting back and expect them all to contribute. Don't forget to factor in the value of the players you'd have to drop to make room for this 3 for 1.

I think the value listed is even enough on both sides that it becomes a matter of team need / owner preference. If you need the package due to a lack of depth take the package, if you want the best single asset take Barkley.
Please speak to clarion contrarion before considering the use of vetos..

I think I'd do it. Mixon may be close to Saquon by the end of the year. Kupp is a real nice piece, and being SF Lamar pushes it squarely to your side imo.

That's a very fair offer for Barkley, though I'm not high on Jackson, so I'd try to flip him for an early/mid 1st ASAP if you make the deal.
